Can you elaborate on the flavour (beyond ‘chicken’)?
It tasted surprisingly ok. Kind of like sugared chicken. Much better than the maca (Andean super food) shakes they do, or the alfalfa (donkey/guinea pig food) shots!
Any bufotoxin-induced hallucinations to speak of?
Fortunately not! Cass and I both felt great that day! When we return to Huaraz next year I think I’ll start making a habit of it. Cornflakes followed by frog shake…
